Boca By the Sea Hotel

We just needed somewhere to crash for a night without spending much, and this was perfect. It's a decent, clean hotel for a very good price, with a quiet atmosphere and nice support staff. The gentleman at the desk was extremely nice. It's not a resort, but you can count on a clean room. I'd definitely recommend it for a few affordable nights.

The one good thing besides the location was Winston at the front desk, who was very nice. The common area was basically two outdated tables and chairs. In our room, the hot water in the sink didn't work, the bathtub walls were stained, and the bathroom door couldn't close when someone was sitting on the toilet. The furniture was worn, the chair upholstery and side table were coming apart, the fridge was rusted at the bottom, and the walls were chipped, dented, and patched with spackle. We paid 400 dollars for two nights and were very disappointed. I'm angry and feel ripped off. Stay away!

The concierge at the front desk was welcoming, but this hotel is extremely overpriced. The whole place is outdated and badly needs major upgrades.

The area was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms weren't terrible, but the place could use some work.
