Boerne Inn and Suites

The room was the best part for me: quiet, spotless even on the floors, and in surprisingly good shape. As a detail-minded frequent traveler, I liked the firm king bed with soft bedding, roomy layout, desk and proper office chair, eating table, large fridge with a real freezer, handy outlets, and full-length mirror. The paint was in good shape too, and the price was great. A clean, easy-in motel like this is hard to find, even though I spend plenty of time in 3- and 4-star hotels around the country. It's going on my favorites list for road trips. The lobby and breakfast area look beautiful, but there wasn't any breakfast, just coffee. I hope the new owner can add it someday, though I know that may be hard without much traffic. Most motel breakfasts aren't much good anyway, and the room matters more. I don't often write reviews or give a 3-star motel five stars, but I want this independent place to succeed. It's lovely.

I was exhausted and looking for an inexpensive room on my own, so I was a bit unsure about a hotel without a big brand name. Glad I gave it a chance. The website photos don't show the updates: my room was spotless and everything seemed new. It was stocked well, very spacious, and the double beds and pillows were comfortable and looked brand-new. The staff were pleasant, and I felt safe there.

Sam was the standout for us. He was warm and helpful, made sure we had what we needed, and shared local tips that improved our trip. The clean, comfortable room had cozy beds, and the property was quiet. It's a convenient, affordable place right off I-10, with easy check-in and checkout and parking just outside the room, so loading and unloading was simple. We'd return for a short visit or overnight stop.
