The Resort At Tapatio Springs

Brooke made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and kept things running smoothly. She was friendly, attentive, and charming without trying too hard. The restaurant has good taste in its hires, and her good looks didn’t hurt the experience either. Fantastic service and personality. We’d gladly sit in her section again.

The service stood out across the resort, from check-in to the pro shop, restaurant, and front desk. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay feel special. And the golf course is stunning, with breathtaking views, pristine fairways and greens, and memorable holes. One of the most beautiful, well-kept courses I’ve played in the Texas Hill Country. Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort is a great place for golf or a relaxing Hill Country getaway. I’m already planning another trip and highly recommend it.

We’ve been members of the Club since October 2025, and my wife and I have enjoyed both the golf and meals at the top of the line restaurant. Everyone has been friendly and engaging, from the Marshall on the course to the pro shop, restaurant, and guest services. Alex in guest services deserves a special mention. As a manager, she has gone out of her way to accommodate us and other club members we know well. We’ve been impressed by the Tapatio organization and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting, unique experience.

The restaurant area was very nice, and the buffet food was good, though there was very little Cajun food to choose from. The jazz band was so-so and also played country music. I went to the Mardi Gras Festival at La Casada Table & Bar, which promised to bring the French Quarter to the Hill Country for Fat Tuesday. There were hardly any people there, and the only Mardi Gras decoration I saw was a skirt around the buffet table. I was very disappointed, and I’ll skip this kind of event next time.
