It's an easy walk to shops, restaurants, City Park, and the Creek walkway. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out, and feels very luxurious. I don't get the negative reviews. Molly was attentive and answered right away when I had to contact her a few times. They also provide free drinks and snacks in a common room, which was a great extra.

The housekeeper was so charming and helpful, and does an amazing job. Everything is very clean, the decor is tasteful, and the bathroom floors are marble. They welcome you in a hospitality room stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. I've already stayed again and plan to return. It's good to know such a wonderful place is here.

My parents booked this for an anniversary and Christmas getaway, but left before staying and had to find somewhere else. They sent me photos and videos of a dirty room with stained carpet, and said the air freshener seemed to be covering a bad smell. They found the odor unbearable. The mattress felt cheap, and they could feel the springs. This was nothing like the luxury stay we expected. It felt like a tiny, smelly motel with cosmetic touches for Instagram, not luxury or quality. When I called Molly about the room, she was defensive and rude instead of trying to help guests who had paid a high price and driven for hours. She said they had booked a handicap accessible room, which left me wondering if those rooms get less care, and mentioned she'd recently had surgery and received many calls. There was no apology and no refund, even though my parents never stayed. The service was gross and disrespectful, and their getaway was ruined. Boerne seems to have better options. I'd book somewhere else.

Although it's a contactless hotel with more of an AirBnB feel, I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. The rooms are roomy, stylish, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the wraparound balcony and how close everything is, from restaurants and bakeries to shops and breweries. The location worked well for visiting people in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Dripping Springs. I plan to stay here again.
