We've usually had good stays here, but this visit was below par. The bathroom in our room had several maintenance problems: the light flickered on and off, the flooring near the tub seemed to be deteriorating, the tiles felt unstable, and water leaked from the tub while it was in use. In our view, the room shouldn't have been available in that condition. We told the staff, who offered to send maintenance. With the apparent extent of the damage and our two-night stay, it didn't seem likely the issues could be properly fixed in time. I'm sharing this because guests need to feel safe and comfortable, and I hope the room is taken out of service until repairs are completed. We value this property and want to keep staying here with confidence in the accommodations.

The fifth-floor corner room had a nice balcony and was quiet. It was a good size, with a full kitchen, cookware and dishes, an electric fireplace, and a separate bedroom with a walk-in closet. It was also close to Climate Pledge. The bed and couch were both extra firm, and I just couldn't get comfortable. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, the shower's little shaving footrest started coming out of the wall when I barely touched it, and we struggled to get the heat working. I probably wouldn't book it again because of the bed, though it'd be great if you like a hard mattress.

We booked at short notice for a good rate, and the front desk attendant was friendly and really helpful. The location makes it easy to get to venues near Seattle Center without driving. Just be aware that the garage is a tight fit, so don't bring anything larger than a midsize sedan.

My wife and I were happy with our stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and quiet, and the hotel is well placed for the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Parking costs extra, so that's not ideal, but it's a good downtown option.

I stay here whenever I'm in Seattle, and Ryder at the front desk deserves a shout-out. We've visited several times over the past few months, and Ryder remembers our names and is always helpful, kind, and courteous. The location is great, breakfast is fantastic, and the parking is secured. See you next month!
