We returned to the suite to find turn-down service, chocolates, a made bed, and slippers. It was a nice surprise. The suite had a Scandinavian style, a comfortable bed, and was quiet. Nescafé and good tea were provided. We were in town for the NFC Championship game, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite. Pike Place market was just steps away, with a nice Bakery (Dahlia) across the street. My only complaint was the slow wifi. I usually wouldn't mind because I have plenty of data, but Chrome casting needs a solid connection to stream to the TV. For parking, the Amazon Doppler Parkade two blocks away offers free weekend parking until 10 pm, with free stage 2 charging, and street parking is free on Sundays. I'd love to come back.

Fabrizio was hilarious, generous, and really accommodating. My sister and I were in Seattle for our 30th birthday, and he upgraded us to a bigger room with a great city view, brought us a bottle of champagne, and helped arrange a special surprise from my sister's girlfriend. Everything was a 10/10. David the valet was sweet too. When I arrived, he let me leave my car at the front while I went in to ask if an early check-in before 4pm might be possible. Thanks to David, Fabrizio, and all the kind doormen. We'll be back for sure!

The neighborhood is walkable, but it's quite hilly on the way down to the waterfront, which could be hard for some people. The area also seems to be changing, as in many big cities, so be mindful of your surroundings at night. We were there for a birthday trip, and the hotel left a card and a small treat, which was very touching. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, but from the seventh floor we could hear city noise. It seemed like the windows were thin, and cold air was coming in too. Light sleepers may want to ask for the highest floor available.

Lola was delicious, and I did get a voucher for a non-alcoholic drink. I would have liked the 25%-30% meal discount I usually receive with Accor ALL Gold at other Accor hotels, though I understand Lola is technically separate from the hotel. I was upgraded from a Classic Queen to a Deluxe King, likely helped along by my Accor ALL Gold status, which seems like good value if you can get it. The room was superb: warm, pleasant lighting from mostly dimmable lamps made it easy to set the mood. I'd happily return to a Deluxe King, though I'm curious what the more premium rooms are like.
