Boise Inn

After suddenly losing my home in the middle of the night, I had to find a hotel unexpectedly for the first time. The staff welcomed me and treated me kindly. Boise Inn gave me the shelter I needed, and I’m grateful.

I went to pick up my friend, who was visiting from out of town, and was told to leave even though I was only there for them. The room had a weird chemical smell, like bleach, but old smoke was still noticeable too. Then a woman, who I think was an employee or the owner, screamed nasty things at me. It was a horrible, crazy experience. Stay away from this hotel.

The location by the river is great, but the hallways had an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, I didn’t notice that issue in the rooms. The towels were so small they’d barely fit an infant, and the shower heads were only about four feet up. I wouldn’t pay to stay here unless they make improvements.

I went in a bit concerned after reading the reviews, but the place turned out better than I expected. The room was spacious and much nicer than I thought it would be for the price. The staff have been kind, and I didn’t see any bugs or other problems. I don’t know what the other reviews are referring to; their standards may be different from mine. I have no complaints.
