I've stayed in plenty of places in Boise, but candlewood estates is the absolute best, especially if you have appointments at St als in Boise. The hospital rates are great, and sign up for their rewards. The staff are excellent and the rooms are beautiful, with fluffy towels and pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The kitchenette has a ceramic top stove, full fridge, dishwasher, utensils, and pots and pans. The beds are comfortable, with four full pillows each. There's also a mini store and weight room. Thank you candlewood estates for a wonderful stay during stressful times.

The room was clean and cozy, but there was shampoo in the bottle labeled conditioner and in the lotion bottle by the sink. My morning shower was lukewarm at best. When I went to the front desk, there was a line and no clerk in sight. I first tried booking online through super for the $79 discount, but it wouldn't accept it, so we went in and paid $100 instead. Then I checked my bank and saw super had charged me too, but they quickly refunded the $79. There's also a $100 hold on your account for up to 10 business days.

Zach at reception deserves a shout-out. He gave me the best customer service I've had in years and helped sort out the kerfuffle after we'd booked the wrong date. He seemed genuinely invested in easing my stress. The room was great, with good beds and lots of fluffy pillows, and it welcomed my dog too. I had a great experience here and highly recommend it.

The rooms are well equipped, and it's a clean, well-run place that's nice for a few days. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there's a well-stocked store by the front desk.

There was plenty in the room to make a short or long stay easier. It was very well equipped, with a large fridge, twin stovetop, large shower, microwave, and dishwasher. The hotel was exceptionally clean, especially the rooms.
