The front desk and restaurant staff really made the visit for me. My room was fantastic, with a great view, and the whole place felt thoughtfully finished, even the parking garage. Glad I got to be among the first guests at Boise’s newest hotel.

The staff were genuinely nice, but that was about the only redeeming part. Breakfast had virtually no hot food, just some cold salami, and room service only came every three days, so the bed stayed unmade and the room uncleaned in between. The rooms get ridiculously hot, like sleeping in a sauna. And trying to reserve by phone is impossible if you want to speak with a person, they push you online, which is obnoxious.

The building looks beautiful, but service is missing. It feels like they care about appearances and social media while the staff seem disorganized and uninterested in people as individuals.

It’s a good location, the hotel is brand new, and the front desk staff were friendly. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from.

No trouble at all during my stay. It’s a brand new hotel, and I think some of the earlier reviewers are being too hard on a place that’s just opened.
