Homewood Suites by Hilton Boise

We got two rooms for about what one would usually cost in the area, and the suites were huge. Ours had a large fridge, microwave, sink, some kitchen basics, and a good sized table. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The lobby looks lovely and has lots of places to sit, as well as a pool table. The pool is a good size and open around the clock. The gym seemed to have plenty of options, though I didn’t have time to use it. We’re looking forward to staying again when we’re in the area overnight.

The lobby fireplace had a lovely fire going, and the billiards room was great. There was also a complimentary coffee bar with plenty of choices. Staff were warm and welcoming, the decor was beautiful, and the room was very well appointed. We had comfortable beds, a nice hot shower with strong water pressure, and a great range of breakfast items. We really enjoyed our three nights at Homewood Suites, it felt like home and then some. We’d absolutely stay again.

My favorite parts were the pool and jacuzzi, both open 24/7, and the delicious breakfast. The decor was nice, and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. I had a 10/10 stay and would come back.

The service was very good when we reported the heating problem. Our first room was 55 degrees and never warmed up, so they offered us an upgrade to a room with a working system. It was still annoying, but at least it worked. The room thermostats are motion-activated, so the heat doesn’t run while you’re sleeping unless you sleepwalk. Our rooms got too cold at night for the kids to sleep well, and we didn’t sleep well either. The indoor pool was really cold, too. I’d wondered why it was always empty, then found out when we tried to have a family pool night.
