Melissa, the Sales Manager at @courtyard.houston, and her team really looked after our baseball team. Everyone was friendly, patient, and accommodating, and our players and families felt welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas gave us a good place to spend time together. They also offered us a great group rate and complimentary breakfast, which helped a lot and got the players fueled up before long days at the fields. It never felt like we were just another group booking. The staff genuinely cared, and we’d absolutely stay here again. I’d recommend it to sports teams and families traveling in the area.

I chose this place for a business trip because it worked logistically, and it met my practical requirements and expectations. What made the stay better was the friendly, enthusiastic crew. Christina’s positive attitude was a lovely start to the day and made me feel at home. Her hospitality really exceeded what I expected.

Christina and Leroy were such a welcoming sight every morning, and they made each day start on a great note. The breakfast was amazing. I’d recommend stopping in for the coffee and breakfast, even if you’re just passing by.

The room was clean and beautiful, and our front desk clerk made us feel at home by bringing a microwave up for us. I really appreciated his hospitality. My family and I will be back for Spring break in April, and I can’t wait to see him again. We had a 5 star experience.

Our baseball team had a great weekend here. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with the amenities we needed to feel relaxed and at ease. The staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed something. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
