We needed a place for the weekend near Memorial Hermann because of an early Monday surgery. The suite had plenty of room for our family, and the location was convenient. The cleanliness and the staff made the stay a pleasant one, and I don't think we could have found better value in that area. Ivan was at the desk when we checked in Saturday. He was professional and courteous, helped us get settled, and brought extra water and pillows. On Sunday, Tiffini was just as friendly and professional. Both showed that excellent customer service is still out there.

Ivan and Tifini made me feel right at home. They're kind, generous, helpful, and really focused on guests. Every employee made me feel comfortable. The hospitality was superb and went above and beyond. This is the BEST Hotel at the Energy Corridor. I'd give it more than five stars if I could. Great job!

We booked a king suite for the weekend and had a great staycation. We've been here before, and it's close to restaurants and other activities. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. Mr. Ivan helped us check in on Friday afternoon. He was professional, answered all our questions, and made sure the room was how we wanted it. Breakfast ran from 7 to 10, which was great since we didn't want to get up early like usual. We also went to the bar Saturday night, and the bartender was exceptional. My cocktails were phenomenal 😍! Fairfield Inn took great care of us. This will be my in-town staycation spot whenever I need one. Until next time!

I was exhausted after being up since 3:30 a.m. and was trying to wind down, but the parking interaction left me flustered enough that I worked on my laptop for another hour and a half. I called the front desk around 10:30 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2026, while driving to Houston. The young Hispanic man who answered was helpful and patient with my questions. I asked about parking my 18' flat bed, and he said there was plenty of room in back. I'd never stayed there before. After driving around back and coming toward the front, I was blocked by a staff member in the hotel's van. I didn't know what was happening when the black man, who I believe was named Alex, threw his arms up aggressively, as if challenging why I was on the property. He came to my window and asked my wife and me if we were checking in. I respectfully said yes. He pointed rudely to where we should park and said we couldn't park in front. I said that was no problem and reached to start my vehicle, but he kept standing there staring at us as if he didn't believe us. Even after I backed into the spot, he watched disrespectfully while we unloaded our overnight bags before going to the desk. I was in town to replace a broken windshield and get repair work on my vehicle. I can only speculate, but maybe he judged me for being Hispanic and driving a truck in that condition. Or perhaps they get riffraff on the property, which should raise all sorts of red flags for you. I told the front desk what happened. The person apologized and said they'd let the manager know in the morning. At checkout, I described it again, and they said they'd pass it on. They gave me a business card, and I emailed the manager right away, but days later I got a notice that the email hadn't gone through. I called twice more and left a message asking the manager to call back. Nobody from management responded. I'm tired of just getting apologies. I think they should do something to fix this. I'm not asking them to fire anyone, but they need to correct the behavior of that impolite, rude employee. Big companies just apologize and sweep things under the rug. We work hard for our money and hold up our side of the deal, but when they fail, they leave it at that. If management gets back to me, I hope they do, I'll update this post. For now, just know you're a number to them, and if something goes wrong, don't expect more than what felt like a fake apology. You might be better off choosing another hotel. Enter at your own risk. I hope this helps you make an informed choice. Also, the coffee was awful. You're better off making a run to Dunkin, Starbucks, or somewhere else.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the whole property was well maintained. The location was good, and it felt like the staff wanted guests to feel welcome and cared for. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly, with friendly, professional service throughout. Ivan, the supervisor, especially deserves a mention. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right, and you can tell he cares about the guest experience. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, pleasant place.
