La Quinta Inn & Suites Boise Towne Square

The location is great, but the room and general cleanliness weren’t. There were stains all over the carpet, and it seemed like they only changed the linens and emptied the trash without actually cleaning. The place just felt kind of dirty. I guess that can happen at a pet-friendly hotel.

Emilie was so helpful and lovely to work with, and we really appreciated how accommodating she was. The room was just what we needed and matched the description, with a separate living room where we could watch a movie after putting our daughter to bed. They also provided a pack and play, which saved us a trip back to the car. We can’t recommend the hotel and staff enough.

It’s in a perfect spot by the mall, but the service was the worst we’ve ever had. Breakfast was bad, and the room was dusty from the TV to the shelves, with hair in the bathtub. We left around 9 the next morning and asked the front desk to have housekeeping take out the trash, make the beds, and leave more towels. When we came back, nothing had been done, so I cleaned it myself. I won’t stay here again.

We’ve stayed at lots of La Quintas on long trips, and they’ve never let us down. This one had a nice green space behind the hotel for dogs. The price is great, especially when traveling with pets, and the places are always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they were so sweet with our old pup.
