The location worked well for an early flight, and the staff seemed nice. But if you want a clean room, keep looking. The shower and bed both had hair, and the floor was dirty. At least all the hair looked alike, so I’m telling myself it was the housekeeper’s. No elevator, either.

I couldn’t stay even 30 minutes. The pool looked milky, and the floor was sticky. In the room, the bed frame wasn’t secured and slid more than two feet when my petite wife sat down. The furniture looked chewed by an animal, a privacy curtain was missing, the closet door was off its hinges, and outlet splice blocks had six to eight cords coming out of them. Police were patrolling the lot and said it was a high drug area. The place was nowhere near as clean as the online pictures suggested. Less than one star if that were an option. My skin is still crawling from the experience.

The value was hard to beat. We paid less than I recently paid for a Motel 6 in the ghetto, and the rooms here were actually nice. It was quiet, and Ali at the front desk was fantastic, especially when he came to our room himself to sort out a broken TV cable connector. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I’d definitely stay again.

I was in a hurry when booking and should’ve paid more attention to the reviews. When I arrived, I asked to cancel and get a refund, but was told it was nonrefundable and I’d have to go through Priceline. If you have kids, I’d strongly suggest staying anywhere else. The room was dirty, with ants around the room and in the bathroom, and a gross tub. There were six sticky mouse traps along the beds and walls. My five-year-old stepped on one near the window overlooking the pool. I wouldn’t want a two- or five-year-old crawling around with traps underfoot. The fridge wasn’t plugged in and wouldn’t get cold, so we put the food in the car. The TV didn’t work at first. A very nice man from the desk came to fix it, though he didn’t speak English. He got it going, but the shelf had to stay about a foot from the wall, and the screen had lots of lines. He texted that he’d return to check whether the fridge was cooling, but he never came back. At checkout around 8 the next morning, I complained and was told no manager was available until Monday. Staff said a manager would call Monday since they couldn’t do anything about the room. I also complained to Priceline, and they’re looking into it.
