The outside door was never secured, so anyone could come in without a key. The carpets were filthy, the elevator smelled like urine, and the pool was empty. I stayed four nights and the room was never serviced. The tub drained so slowly that showers had to be quick, and I couldn’t get out of the stay because of the booking site. Worst LaQuinta ever.

My work starts before breakfast, so I’d go to the dining area for coffee before 4 a.m. The night shift person always set aside pastries for me so I’d have something to eat. The manager and all her staff were very friendly and went out of their way to explain what happened when Booking.com charged us more on the last night. Our rooms were much bigger than others in town. Thanks for the great customer service.

My brother and I were tired when we got here, and I returned because Kimberly had been professional and kind on an earlier visit a couple of years ago. She’d given us a great rate then, and she got us another good one this time. I was glad to see her again, and the rooms were wonderful. We’ll come back. Thank you, Kimberly W.

On a serious note, this is the only hotel I’ve come across in Wyoming where I found no hidden cameras or bugs after using my hidden camera detectors. I feel my privacy is safe here, and credit the Manager’s strong moral and ethical policies. I love her for many reasons. Last quarter, when I stayed here, my AI bot flagged some one-to-three-star reviews as paid trolls. Really? Wow! I’m the sort of guest who likes penthouse room service and is happy to pay $500 a night for a twin bunk bed room, plus another $500 for tips and call ladies. La Quinta doesn’t offer any of that here.

I’d give zero stars. The bathroom had pubic hair and hair everywhere, and I was afraid to sleep there. The windows need fixing because wind and outside noise came through as if they were open. Staff were friendly, but the room upkeep was appalling. It felt like they’d only made the beds and hadn’t cleaned. We left to find somewhere else because the room felt so dirty and uncomfortable. Don’t recommend.
