Aspen Inn

If they had treated me with a little respect, my girlfriend wouldn't have flipped out on me. I probably would have spent the whole night there. Now she has to deal with a lot of my board, and I can get pretty nasty when my disease acts up. When you add that to other things and you're not getting your medication, it can cause real problems in a relationship. Hopefully we can mend things.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times, including in extended rooms, and the rooms are huge and clean. The staff are amazing, friendly, and easy to talk to. The price seems pretty fair for the area, and I'd recommend the place to anyone. When I had a personal issue, Kristen at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you Aspen Inn for being amazing people.

The people were good, professional, and cool to deal with. The rooms were another story. There were no bugs, and the mattress was clean, but housekeeping could do better. I've been a housekeeper myself. The toilet stopped flushing around 3 a.m., and I don't know why. The curtains were broken, so someone could see in if they wanted. Do you have maintenance? The place is listed as a 3-star hotel, and I don't think that's true. We made the best of it, and maybe we'll laugh about this later, but there were kids there and that worries me.

We stayed for two weeks and would stay again. The mattresses were new, and housekeeping and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel, so some things aren't brand new, but the room was clean, the bedding had no stains, there was no smoke odor, and the carpets were clean. Great value for the money.
