The staff were kind throughout, from check-in to departure, and especially compassionate knowing my father was in the ICU at the hospital next door. I received a discount because a family member was hospitalized, and the included airport and hospital shuttle was handy. I used the airport shuttle. The hotel was also convenient for me to walk to the hospital. My room was clean and comfortable, and the adjacent restaurant had excellent food and friendly staff. Breakfast was complimentary and the best I’ve had. I’m selective about what I eat, and being from San Antonio, Texas, I felt at home here. Thank you for the hospitality.

We’ve stayed at a couple of other branches of this chain and had good experiences, but this one was easily the worst. The room was dirty, from the sheets to the walls and ceilings. There was no refrigerator, and the air conditioning was poor. The receptionist was bad, too. We paid cash up front and left our credit card information for security, but they still immediately charged us a $100 deposit.

The room and service were good. We usually stay at this hotel when my husband is ill, since it’s right next to the hospital and I may need to take him there.

A man told my niece and nephew to leave the pool because they’re Black. My sister had to leave with her family and got no money back. This place is racist. Maybe they should call it White Vill Inn.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced rooms, and they were decently clean. It’s also very close to the hospital and highway, which was convenient.
