For the price, the rooms were okay, and the staff were great, super friendly and helpful. The other guests were loud and stared at us when we arrived, though, and I wouldn't stay here alone. One room was still dirty in the shower and had a broken drawer. Its fridge got really loud in the middle of the night and smelled awful. The other room was much cleaner, but the bathroom door was broken around the handle, so it was hard to close.

There are plenty of better hotels nearby, and I wouldn't stay here again. In room 111, the heat didn't work, the shower controls were installed sideways and made it impossible to get a suitable temperature, and there was a sloppy patch in the ceiling above the bed that looked like it came from an old leak. The room also appeared to have bed bugs. We slept on top of the blankets using our own bedding. The more serious problem was that a 70lb pitbull in the next room attacked my 20lb Scottish Terrier. Its owner had it off leash while I was walking my dog on leash beside me. My dog suffered bite wounds to the neck and needed medical attention, and I had to fight the other dog off. When I went to the front desk, I was told there were no managers available. The staff did nothing to help beyond refunding the extra night I no longer planned to stay. Ownership doesn't seem to enforce the dog rules, and employees appear to answer only to the owner without a manager to handle problems.

This was much worse than other Quality Inns we've stayed at. Our room was in bad shape, and the place looked nothing like the photos. There was no breakfast, just what looked like illegal slot machines where breakfast should have been. I didn't see the advertised indoor pool, either. The stairs up to the second floor were so steep that luggage would be difficult to manage. There was also a strange animal pen attached to the side of the hotel, though I couldn't tell what was in it.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. It's mostly quiet, the staff are very friendly, and breakfast is decent. There are two swimming pools. I'd recommend it to family and friends.
