Crown Pointe Lodge, BW Signature Collection

The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and the amenities were very comfortable. The staff make the place feel like home, a luxurious escape, or whatever kind of stay you want. They go above and beyond for guests.

It was a good trip, and we liked that the hot tub stayed open late. The pool heater was down, but my son still enjoyed swimming. It's the only hotel in a pretty large area with a hot tub.

There was urine around the toilet, spider eggs throughout the room and on the walls, grime between the refrigerator, and a dirty bathtub. At breakfast, there were only two pancakes left at 7 a.m., even though it starts at 6:30. I tried reporting it all, but Tracey told me to hold on and literally hung up. They canceled the wrong reservation, then claimed I hadn't stayed there, even though Mandy checked me out that morning.

The hot tub and pool were both very clean, and the pool stayed open until around 11 p.m. We loved the quiet location off the busy highway, and it was fun watching golfers try to get the ball in the hole while we relaxed in our room. My husband and I were driving back from a trip north of ST. Louis and booked mainly because of the in-room Jacuzzi. The room was spotless, and the tub stayed clean even with the jets on. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy, just what we wanted. The man who checked us in and woman who checked us out were both very nice. I'd stay again if I'm in the area, probably one of the best BW stays I've had.
