The only things I liked were the location, parking right in front of the hotel, and staff who were OK, I guess. The rest of the room was awful, worse than anywhere I've stayed. There were stains on the sheets, the microwave was filthy, and the bathroom was so dirty we were afraid to get into the bathtub. The toilet was stained and very dirty, with marks supposedly left by a guest three weeks earlier. We were afraid to touch anything, so put towels over the pillows and tried to sleep. The TV barely worked, with half its channels blurred like something from the 70s. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but the shelves were empty except for a couple of bits of jelly and spread in the fridge. Do yourselves a favor and book somewhere else.

The location was convenient, but the place was very unsanitary. I had to ask the front desk for a shower curtain. There was grime in the shower that I could wipe off with a baby wipe, the bathroom doorknobs felt obviously sticky, and the bed coverlets looked unwashed, not merely stained. The sheets had stains, too.

Akky was warm and professional, and pets were allowed. The rooms are a little old and dated, but they were clean. We enjoyed our couple of nights here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn at 8216 E. Main Street in Ridgeland South Carolina. It was friendly and very clean, right next to the highway. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you for everything.
