The Grove Hotel

The Grove Hotel made a great impression as soon as we arrived. Its downtown Boise location puts restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Boise River greenbelt within easy walking distance, so exploring was simple. The lobby is warm and inviting, and our spacious room was clean and cozy, with comfortable furnishings and plush bedding. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, whether for a meal or a nightcap. There are also thoughtful extras like a fitness center, pool, hot tub, steam room, and complimentary bike rentals. From the comfortable rooms to the class and charm throughout, it worked beautifully for us. Easy five stars, whether you're here for work, a weekend away, or a special occasion.

The downtown spot makes it easy to walk to just about everything in Boise, and the whole stay felt worth the money. Valet parking and check-in were smooth. The employees were welcoming and went well beyond what we expected, making her birthday feel special with chocolate and Italian wine waiting in the room. We'd definitely come back.

Sean welcomed us at check-in with complimentary champagne and even walked us to the elevator. Our room looked beautiful and brand new, with wine, glasses, and a chilled fruit and cheese plate arranged by Room Division Manager Lindsey Quintana. It made the stay feel special, and the staff's attention to making guests happy really stood out. We come to Boise on New Year's Eve to graze at restaurants, having small bites and cocktails before the Potato Drop at midnight. The Grove's central location makes it a great base for exploring. We like starting and finishing the evening with a drink at the lobby bar, where the cocktails are really well made. I'd recommend staying here, and there's no need to wait for New Year's Eve.

The Grove is lovely and clean, and it's right by shops and restaurants. What really made my stay, though, was the desk team. Mayala and Gabriella greeted me with warm smiles, and even when I just stopped by with a quick question or to check something, they took the time to ask how I was doing. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. I've worked at big companies like Disney and Delta, where guest service is a point of pride. Mayala, Gabriella, and the other employees at the desk were every bit as impressive. I have nothing but love for The Groove!
