The room was roomy and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. But we booked by phone because we urgently needed somewhere that allowed pets, and the pet fee story changed three times. In the end, we were charged twice what we'd agreed on, though customer service has since adjusted it. There wasn't free breakfast, people smoked near the entrances, and some doors felt sticky. I also noticed dirt here and there. If you're bringing a pet, I'd read the reviews before booking.

We were in town for a wedding after the hosts recommended this place. I wouldn't return. The room was clean, but it needed maintenance: the bathroom was very dark because a bulb was out, the shower door had broken wheels, and there was barely enough hot water. On checkout day, staff knocked before checkout time to ask whether we were leaving.

I was there for one work night, and the shower pressure dropped as soon as I turned the water on. At 6:10 a.m., the front desk told me someone couldn't come to fix it until 7, or they could move me. I agreed to switch rooms, but then they checked the system and said none were available. That left me really frustrated and scrambling to get ready for work. I attached a video of the water pressure. One of the worst Hilton stays I've had.

We slept so well in the clean, modern room, and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast downstairs the next morning was really good, with made-to-order food as well as a buffet. The staff were kind, served us at our table with fresh, hot coffee, and made sure we were looked after. My husband and I loved this hotel and will be back.

The owners clearly keep standards high. Everything was clean, I got in a good workout, and I slept comfortably. The food was delicious too, and the bartender had great recommendations. I had a wonderful visit.
