The room itself was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable, with lots of shelves and drawers, a mini kitchen and table, a roomy shower, and a TV with plenty of channels. I especially liked the decor and bedside lamp with USB ports. The online and app reservations were easy to manage, and using the app as a room key was convenient. As Hilton Honors members, we called for complimentary water so I could take my morning medication half an hour before breakfast. One employee said we'd have to pay, while another handed us water and chips. It would be nice to have those in the room at check-in, maybe as a welcome package. I also had the kids and our things packed in the car when the app told me to come back inside to check out, so I wish they'd told me earlier. It was to make sure I got a refund for one canceled date, but I was the only adult with two children. The pool area has windows that let in sunshine, and we liked the breakfast, though I'd have liked more waffle toppings, especially whipped cream, and more berries or other fruit. The selection felt limited and could get repetitive over a longer stay. Tables could use more frequent cleaning. Trays would help adults carrying food with children. When we went to the pool first thing in the morning, there were no clean towels until we asked. The deck was already wet and slippery, with clothes and bits of garbage left from the night before. It was disappointing that no one had tidied or restocked before opening. Housekeeping had also left my shampoo bottle empty.

Everything else about our stay was great, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The pull-out mattress was the problem. It felt like springs under a thin sheet and was extremely uncomfortable. When I asked for help, they gave me two comforter sheets, which didn't make it comfortable enough, so I had to find somewhere else to stay. Keep that in mind if you plan to use the pull-out.

I've been here for months, and it has felt like home. The location is quiet, the hotel is very clean and new, and the rooms have full-size fridges and what you need to cook and live long term. The Christmas decorations are cozy, and the staff have been exceptionally friendly from check-in onward. Arvind, Afsha, and Yash did everything they could to keep us happy. Special thanks to Steve C, who went out of his way over the months to get us what we needed and make sure we still felt at home.

A hot breakfast and spacious room were a real plus, and the hotel was very clean. Staff were great in the morning and evening. Grocery stores are close enough to walk to, even on a cold day. Denny's, Golden Coral, Tasty Biscuit, Wendy's, Burger King, Wal-Greens, and Bank of America are within about five minutes' travel. It was an absolute pleasure staying here.
