We spent five days at plaza 2700, and it felt like being at home on vacation. The rental was fresh and modern, with hardwood floors and a rug in the living room. There were two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king, plus a sofa that opened into a queen bed. Depending on how tightly you squeeze in, the place sleeps six to eight. Each bedroom had closet space for hanging clothes and drawers. The living room was nice, and the bathroom had two sinks, a tub and shower, and a toilet. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a French door refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, double sink, four bar chairs, cabinets, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, pots, pans, and cooking and eating utensils. There's also a small round table with two more chairs. They're all high seats, so shorter people may find it hard to climb up. Having a washer and dryer in the rental helped a lot after beach days when we needed to wash swimsuits and towels. We saved money by buying groceries at Harris Teeter, literally a block away, and cooking instead of eating out every night for our family of five. The beach is two blocks away, straight up the walk to the boardwalk, and there's a 7/11 around the corner for quick items. I'd recommend spending the money if you like having a home base on vacation. There's no check-in person. You get an email with the address, room number, and door access code, and there are no keys, so don't forget the code.
