Out by the sea Bed & Breakfast

Merry Christmas, Miss Carol and Miss April, and keep up the great work! Miss Carol, I want to apologize for being rude to you. Your bed and breakfast is a cozy family getaway, and you're a wonderful lady running it. You worked your way up from the bottom. It's also just a minute and a half walk to the beach, and only a minute from the donut shop and stores.

Our room looked right out over the beach, and the whole stay felt so welcoming, almost like visiting an aunt who lives by the sea. Carole was incredibly sweet. We had a wonderful honeymoon and are already hoping to come back.

Dinky, the friendly dog who helps out, was always happy to play and get some affection from guests. There are lovely views of the ocean, pretty landscaping, a deck with seating, and a small hot tub. I stayed a few nights in the 'Honeymoon Suite' and slept amazingly well. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic. Ms. Carol, the owner, was warm and helpful, even answering our late call and finding us a room at the last minute. The rooms have comfy beds, TVs, full bathrooms, and coffee pots, and some also have microwaves. 'Pirates Quaters' sleeps seven and has a full kitchen.

Breakfast made for us was probably the best part of the vacation stay. The woman running the place has that friendly old Southern charm, and she's super sweet. We stayed as a couple in the honeymoon suite, tucked into a little house behind the main one, so it felt nicely secluded. The bed was firm but still really soft, thanks to what felt like magic padding, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub more than I expected. There's a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, too. She also showed us the downstairs apartment, which could fit all of us and our seven kids, with a kitchen and huge bathroom. It costs way less than the big houses. We loved it and will definitely be back.
