Every year, this gives our parents, their 19 grandchildren, and several cousins a chance to spend time together. They've rented the place for a 10-day family get-together for the past four or five years, and we couldn't ask for a better time. We can't wait to be back at the beach in mid-June!

We had a fantastic time using this as a wedding reception venue. There was lots of room to mingle both indoors and outside, with great balcony views. The kitchen is large and has two fridges, and there are plenty of bathrooms for guests. The beach is an easy walk away, and the neighbors aren't too close if your party gets a little rowdy.

The kids loved having so much room downstairs and inside to do their own thing without anyone fussing. We could spread out when we wanted, then gather back together and still feel comfortable. This was just the kind of family time we've been looking for. See you next year 😍

There's something special about this house, even though I've lived on the beach my whole life. It's an eight-bedroom, eight-bath beach house that sleeps 48, and I'd love to have the whole place to myself sometime. It brings to mind a home F Scott Fitzgerald might have put in one of The Great Gatsby novels, with women in ball gowns and men in tuxedos waltzing on the beach as the ocean sounds in the background. I can't really say more, though, or someone might buy it before the person who'll buy it for me does. LOL

The beachside view was amazing, and the place itself is beautiful. I just wish we'd had a stick vac for cleaning the floors while we were there.
