I've never stayed in a dirtier hotel. The sheets were brownish yellow and had blood stains, and the toilet seat and back were stained yellow too. The carpet had stains in several spots, and the room smelled of nicotine. There was no extra blanket, the hand soap bar was microscopic, and the curtains had pinholes all over, as if something had been eating the fabric. Shame on you, IH.G, for accepting this hotel as your standard. I won't stay at another hotel in this chain, and I'm quitting the rewards program.

The tournament booked this place for us while we were in town to referee soccer games. After reading the reviews, I probably wouldn't have picked it myself, but as a budget hotel it was quite okay. It was quiet, easy to get to, and had friendly staff, good breakfast, and a lobby machine that makes fresh coffee. All in all, it worked out well.

The first room we were assigned had a plunger outside the door, and inside the bleach smell hit me like a bomb. We got moved, but the next room was still a total dump. Rates were marked up by at least 60% because of the sporting event, and the breakfast was a joke, just as subpar as the rest. It's genuinely a dump.

There was a nice lobby with plenty of seating for breakfast, plus a swimming pool and free breakfast. The customer service was great, and Keurig coffee was available around the clock, either in the room or in the lobby.

The front desk staff were the only good part of the stay. There were stains everywhere, on the sheets, pillows, curtains, carpet, and tub. The tub drain seemed to have a mind of its own. You might want to be up to date on your shots before staying here.
