We'll definitely stay in these condos again on our next trip to this part of FL. As of 1/2/2026, the tennis courts are still closed.

I stopped by to pick up my daughter, who was staying here, so we could go to dinner. When I came back outside, my car had been booted. It cost me $78. They wouldn't give me a receipt for $75 cash, so I paid by credit card and got charged another $3. The guy said there was a sign at the entrance, but there was nothing in the parking lot saying I could park there. That charge was ridiculous for less than 1/2 hour in a nearly empty lot. I'll never stay here, and everyone should know about this little scam. If they don't want visitors parking there, put a damn sign somewhere visible.

We rented through a private party and had such a nice stay. It's a short walk to the beach. There's construction underway, but it wasn't a problem for us. We'd consider coming back.

We love our ABNB and are looking forward to the Pickleball / Tennis Courts being repaired. This area could be the first to bring Padel to Naples/Bonita Springs.
