My husband and I stayed 1/23-1/25, while the elevator was out and the pool heater wasn't working. The hallways were nasty, too. A lot of spilled cereal sat on the floor two rooms down from ours for a whole day. The biggest problem was the billing. We used rewards points, so there should have been no charges. The check-in woman said we owed $44 after the incidental hold. My husband showed her the emails and the app, and she said she'd fix it. She handed my card back without saying that charges had gone through. After checkout, the incidental hold dropped off, but a $98.12 charge appeared on my card. The way she handled it felt extremely shady. I've called three times; they investigated and found the charges were invalid, but a week later I'm still waiting for my money back. They say it's on the way, so I'm still waiting. If you're looking for a dirty, shady motel, this is the place. Otherwise, I highly recommend not staying here.

Olga and the rest of the staff were amazing and so friendly, even working on Thanksgiving with a smile. Thanks, Olga! The rooms were clean, and the pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was okay and had fresh fruit. The gym was simple and clean, and there was a pool, though we didn't use it. It's very close to the beach, Mercato, and other good places in Naples. A good hotel for a highway stop.

The front desk staff were very nice, which was the best part of my stay. Everything else felt overpriced for what seems like an $80-a-night hotel. It smelled old and musty, and this was easily the worst-condition Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in during 16 years of work travel. The stairs need a complete makeover. I’m upset about how much I paid, and Holiday Inn should look into this property using its name.

The complimentary breakfast was good, with different options on each of the two mornings I ate there. The location was central to where I needed to be, and the staff were friendly. But the hotel needs refurbishment. Paint was chipped or sloppily applied in places, the bathroom sink stopper was missing, and the only elevator was out of service for all but the first two hours of our two-night stay.

The pool was freezing, shaded all day, and had leaves in it, so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. All the ice machines were broken except the one on the third floor. The staff were friendly, but the hotel smelled musty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
