The staff were really welcoming, and the hotel itself is nice. Breakfast was the usual, nothing special. It’s close to the mall, though I wouldn’t suggest walking there. There are around 12 EV chargers, but about half are in accessible parking spots, which leaves fewer chargers generally available.

The service was great, and I’ll stay here again. I’m a very light sleeper, but I slept fine despite the hotel being by the freeway. I’ve traveled through almost every state and many countries, and a 4 pm check-in is normal to me, usually 3 or 4. I don’t understand the complaints about it or the freeway noise. It’s no big deal.

The restroom door closes automatically, so it startled me during a middle-of-the-night bathroom trip. Also, the room lights won’t work until you put the key card in the slot by the entrance. And why is check-in at 4 pm? Other hotels let you in at 1 or 2, or 3 at the latest. I’m fine with the standard 11 am checkout, but arriving at 1 after paying for the room and being told to come back at 4 is frustrating.

I’d be happy to stay here again when I’m visiting Palmdale. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jackie. Thanks for the hospitality, Jackie 💙👍

Amy and Cynthia were so welcoming during the bad weather last night, and even upgraded us. They were amazing. We’ll definitely come back and enjoy the hotel when we have more time.
