We could get groceries and cook dinner each night thanks to the stove, dishes, and microwave in the room. The hot tub was spacious, and there’s a well-equipped gym across the street. Everyone was kind, and Terri at the front desk made check-in easy and helped whenever we needed something. The customer service was top notch. Breakfast was delicious every day and saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend this hotel over an airbnb!

The room was clean, but the mattress needs replacing since I could feel the springs. I think the sofa bed was missing its cushions. Avoid a room with a furance in the bedroom, if you can. I had to choose between turning it off and sleeping cold, or heating the room too much and then switching it off. I was surprised the complimentary internet speed was throttled.

We came back to take shelter from a winter storm, and the staff were friendly and made sure we were comfortable. They offered an upgrade that fit my larger family, and the room was well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful too. I’ve changed my earlier one-star post to five stars, and I’d definitely stay again if we need a place in the area. Highly recommend.

The room was in excellent shape, and several staff members were helpful. My experience with the manager, Jessica, was highly unprofessional, though. She was rude and dismissive, wouldn’t take responsibility for staff errors, and didn’t show the leadership I’d expect from someone in her role.

We’d stay again if we were in the area. The pool was nice, and the spa was a good way to end the day. The floor around the pool needs repairs and is very slippery, but that wasn’t enough to put us off returning. Our room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa for four of us, plenty of space, plus a kitchen and refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious, and breakfast in the morning was a nice extra. The hotel itself was very nice. I was greeted when I walked in, checked in right away, and told how to get to the room. Thank you.
