8/10
The beach is stunning, with shelling Beach right next door, and the sunsets are gorgeous. There are bike and kayak rentals, and you can walk along the beach to Docs in 45 min. The pool is the best on the beach at Bonita, and there's also a great exercise room, library, community room with ski ball, tennis and pickleball courts, and grilling areas. I don't even want to leave for dinner. Improvements are still being completed after Ian, Helene & Milton, so once that's all done, my rating will probably go up.
