Best Inn Booneville

I’d stayed here once before and found it very clean, but this time the room was not clean at all. The bed seemed to have fresh sheets, and the towels smelled clean. The tub and floors had dirt and hair on them, there were dirty hand and foot marks on the walls, and none of the tops of anything had been dusted. I guess at $46 a night, you get what you pay for.

They wouldn’t rent us a room at best inn Booneville ms because we had service animals. They demanded proof that the animals were service animals, even though Mississippi state law doesn’t require anyone to show that proof. I recommend no one stay here.

The rooms are decent for the price, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. But one housekeeper makes staying here stressful. She bangs on doors well before checkout and speaks to guests as if she owns the place. She also pressures people to pay immediately or leave when checkout isn’t near. I had an arrangement with the owner, yet she still tried to make me leave one morning. She won’t vacuum or change the bed covers every three days as she’s supposed to, and won’t let you borrow her vacuum to clean your own room, either. The front desk is great and the hotel has potential, but management needs to address this housekeeper’s rude, unprofessional behavior.

hey, i just got here and this motel is nice. the guy here is sweet, honestly. they show respect, and you just need to respect them too. they don't do a bad job, they just need time and respect.
