Flagship Inn and Suites

We’d definitely stay again. The pool and the location were both nice, close to area attractions but outside downtown Boothbay Harbor. Our room was very clean, with good beds, an updated bathroom and a walk-in shower. It also had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was included and delicious.

The room was warm and cozy, and the heat worked great, which I appreciated since I’m always worried about getting cold. The shower water temperature was terrific, too. For the price, the room was good, and having a mini fridge and microwave is always a plus for me. We stayed at the Flagship inn while visiting the Boothbay Region, and we’ll come back.

The bed could have been more supportive. After long days out, I wanted a more restful night, though it wasn’t terrible. The Flagship Inn has had some remodeling, but parts still feel dated. What stood out was the affordable price, friendly staff and included hot breakfast each morning. It’s about a mile from downtown Bay Harbor, so it was easy to walk or drive into town. Bay Harbor has restaurants, local shops, whale and puffin-watching excursions, and the famous footbridge across the bay, which adds to its small-town charm. The inn was a solid budget-friendly choice for our visit.

Pet friendly, clean and comfortable, and only minutes from downtown Booth Bay Harbor and several area amenities. The included breakfast had plenty to choose from: waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, fresh coffee and juice. This made a pricey tourist town feel affordable and enjoyable. We’ll stay here again.
