The spacious, clean rooms and the old Florida feel are part of why we keep coming back to LaTerrace. We’ve stayed several times, and the location is the other big draw. The deck was recently redone and looks fabulous. Shawn, the manager, is always available if you need anything, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it for a stay in Hollywood Beach.

It’s a no frills place with a fantastic location, more like an efficiency. There’s no housekeeping, though they were helpful when checking whether I needed anything. They’re in the middle of construction, and with the boardwalk open until 3am and construction starting early the next morning, it wasn’t a place to relax. There’s no check-in desk, so call to arrange meeting someone for your key card.

Even with the construction going on, the stay was great. La Terrace had what I needed, including an amazing view from right outside my room, where I took the pictures. Hollywood Beach is my favorite spot, even though I’m 3 1/2 hours away. I’m looking forward to coming back and making this my go-to place.

The location was great, with a nice view and a reasonable room price. It was quiet, though there was still activity below along the shoreline. My only complaint is that there’s no front desk or staff on hand to help. They run things through cell phones.

The modern room was amazing, and the walk-out deck looking over Hollywood beach was perfect. Such a great location. We’ll be back!
