I’ve stayed here twice already and have another booking coming up. It’s affordable, close to amenities, and handy when I’m in town for business since it’s easy to get to from the highway. I’ve tried both a king and a queen room. The queen bed was definitely more comfortable.

We come to visit twice a year and usually stay at home suites, but I thought I’d try this place. Big mistake. The room was extremely hot even with the AC set to 66, its coldest setting. When I tried to shower in the morning, the water was only lukewarm. Then I turned on the kitchen light and saw two cockroaches scatter. The fish smell was awful when we first walked in. We got used to it after a while, but every time we left and came back it smelled strongly of fish again. We won’t stay here anymore. home suites in Bordentown is much better.

The service was great, and the gym and laundry are conveniently right in the lobby. There’s also a stovetop for boiling or cooking, which is handy if you’re staying a few days or longer. A great place to stay.
10/10
I liked how quiet it was. It made it easy to relax and get work done, and the staff were friendly, professional, and happy to help. The clean, spacious room had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, which was a big plus. Free laundry and the on-site gym were useful extras. It was an easy, pleasant stay at Candlewood Suites, and I’d come back.
10/10
My daughter and I came down from NY to sesame for our first stay at Candlewood, and we had a great time. The place is nice and clean, and the area is great. Kristina the manager was helpful and accommodating, and made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back.
