The courtyard was beautiful and well lit, with a coded entry gate, and Jack’s delicious BBQ is just across the parking lot. Inside, the two bedrooms were private and had overhead lights plus touch lamps for softer lighting. The bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, and bar soap. There was also a clean laundry room. The full kitchen had all the cookware, dishes, and appliances we needed, and the living and dining area included a table, chairs, a comfortable pullout sofa for two, and a TV with cable. It was a cozy, comfortable, convenient place, and I’d highly recommend it.

After Nashville’s power outage left us displaced for over two weeks, I spent 10 days at McMillan Court. It was my first Airbnb, and I only expected to find heat, power, and internet. Instead, the unit was immaculate and had a fully furnished kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with extra linens, and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Jack’s BBQ was just steps away, and I found myself eating there at least once a day. McMillan Court is minutes from downtown Broadway and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and music venues. I highly recommend it if you’re coming to Nashville.

It’s easy to reach from any of the interstates, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Jack's BBQ is right next door. Downtown is walkable, though you might encounter homeless people under the bridges, so I’d suggest taking an Uber. A tip: don’t set your pickup or drop-off on the strip, since prices double. Choose a spot just off the strip instead.

We booked through Airbnb for a Nashville vacation and found two bedrooms, a double pullout bed, a well-equipped little kitchen, and a nice bathroom with a good shower. Broadway was an easy 30-minute walk, with shops and other places close by. Walgreens and Publix were only minutes away on foot, and Cork Dorks was about five minutes away. Marathon Motor Works took around 15 minutes to walk to and was well worth a visit. The Parthenon and Black Stone Brewery, with its $3 beers, were also within easy walking distance. The only small downside was noise from Jack Cawthorn’s BBQ at the end of the street, including its drive thru and early morning refuse collection. Otherwise, I can’t fault the place.
