Hampton Inn & Suites Shreveport/Bossier City Airline Drive

Crystal was great at customer service, and even laughed at my complimentary Rolls-Royce and Bentley jokes. I travel for work and picked this place because of its reviews, which were above four stars. My room was nice and clean.

The room was spacious and well set up, with great amenities. Food was excellent, and the place felt relaxing and luxurious without being stuffy. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and made everything easy. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

We had a whole crew stay here, and Sammy at the front desk and her boss Jackie went above and beyond. They made sure my guys’ rooms were cleaned and helped make the whole stay easy. All the rooms were nice and clean. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and there’s everything you could need around the hotel.

I walked from the tile vanity area onto the carpet and immediately felt how damp and sticky it was. It was disgusting on my feet, so I went back to the sink area for a washcloth and cleaned them. Then I laid bath towels across the carpet to make a safe path to the bed. There was a musty odor as soon as I entered, and the room fan had been left running by housekeeping. Maybe it’s a moisture or condensation issue. The bed covering was crooked and dragged onto the floor on the right side. Customer service is in the details. Later, I pulled a towel from the rack to wash my hands, and the rack fell apart. I felt like I was being pranked. Hampton Inn, never again.
