Super 8 by Wyndham Bossier City/Shreveport Area

Crystal on the day front desk and Karim on the night shift made my stay unforgettable. They went out of their way to help, and I’m truly grateful. It’s hard to find staff who are both professional and genuinely kind. Great staff, great rooms, and a welcoming place to stay again. I’ll definitely return and tell people to book here if they’re in the area. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Crystal and Karim 🤗😊

The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, and everything worked well. There were new towels and plenty of electrical and USB outlets. I especially liked that there wasn’t a bad smell, despite it being pet friendly and having smoking rooms, and the bright lighting was a welcome change from hotel rooms that are too dim. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic, and I didn’t use the Wi-Fi, so I can’t comment on it. The only drawback was highway and railway noise, probably from the insulation. Light sleepers should bring earplugs.

I booked a king room, but it only had 2 pillows. A king room has 4 pillows everywhere I’ve stayed. My smoking room also had no ashtray, so I had to use a cup of water. I spend too much with this hotel chain to not get what I paid for. The front desk guy was sweet, but he made me feel like I was tripping, even though I stay here a lot and always get a king room. I’m so upset.

Nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the staff really friendly. It felt clean and safe, and the price was great. Coffee and breakfast were a nice bonus.
