The location was convenient and the service was good. Our bed was comfortable, though the place wasn't the cleanest or most up to date, and it looked like repairs or renovations might be happening. Some of the outlets in our room didn't work. All in all, it was okay.

The lobby looked beautiful, but our room clearly needed maintenance. Scratches, bare patches, and holes marked the walls, some floor tiles sounded loose underfoot, the bathtub sagged near the drain, and there was mold on the door hinges. When we arrived, another guest was telling the front desk their bed smelled like spit. Thankfully ours was fine when we checked it. At checkout around 8:30 AM on December 4th, 2025, the manager on duty was rude when we raised our concerns. He got upset and said nobody had complained before. The rooms definitely need repairs and upkeep.

The rooms are still nice and clean, but be sure you call the hotel directly to confirm what you need. I needed a wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower, and they don't have any, only bathtub showers. Booking.com advertises the rooms as something they aren't, so don't book through them.

The room was very nice, and the man who checked us in was so helpful. He answered our questions about directions and recommended a great place to eat. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again.
