The nearest supermarket is right across the road, and the subway network is easy to reach from here. The location is great, one block from the Common and right in the middle of the city, with plenty going on. I stayed for a few months on business. It’s a town center apartment, so there can be some background noise, but overall it has loads of character and is a great package. The folks at Compass were helpful throughout and also arranged my colleague’s apartment. I’ll use them again for my next place.

Check-in takes some effort since there’s no person to meet, just a long set of instructions sent by email. Once you work through that, you’re set. The apartment itself matched what was advertised: modern, clean, and furnished, right in the heart of Downtown Crossing where the location can’t be beat. At first I didn’t believe the price, location, and cleanliness in the photos could be real, but they were.
