Asteria West End

There’s a lovely dog park outside and a nice walking area for pets. The property itself is well maintained, with good amenities, amazing views, and really friendly, helpful building staff. Its location is convenient for Beacon Hill, Boston Common, and the North End. You can get to the red line at Charles MGH, the green line at Science Park/West End, and Commuter at North End easily. It’s also close to MGH, Mass General Eye and Ear, and lots of other medical facilities. I love this property!

I moved to the West End Apartments (Vesta) three weeks ago, and I’m really happy with the choice. The location is fantastic, and the building has great amenities. I especially love the library. The leasing team is friendly and helpful, and Brandon made the paperwork and move-in process quick and smooth. Since I’m new to Boston, he also helped me get to know the neighborhood. The maintenance team is professional too. When my dishwasher had a problem, Michael came the very next day and fixed it.

The parking coupon from the leasing office didn’t work, and the attendant said it wasn’t their problem. The leasing office then told me to speak with the parking attendant. The leasing assistant didn’t seem to know what was going on, maybe they were filling in for the regular staff. I ended up paying $21 for a stay of barely 30 minutes.

We’re loving the apartment so far. It has amazing views, lots of natural light, a spacious layout, and a great location. I’ve only been here a little over a week, but the people I’ve met have already impressed me. The concierge is friendly and helpful, we love you Paul, and management is welcoming and quick to respond. The maintenance team has been outstanding and gone beyond what I expected. They respond incredibly fast and are helpful, efficient, friendly, hardworking, and incredibly service-minded. Special thanks to head of maintenance Mike. I appreciate everything you’ve done, and your dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed.
