It’s an apartment building rather than a hotel, and it’s cheaper than nearby hotels. The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, and accessible, with fairly new furniture, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and good Wi-Fi. The view was poor, just a courtyard wall, and we only got two large body towels. There’s no lobby or reception. If you arrive before 3pm or leave after 11am, there’s nowhere to wait or use a restroom. You can leave luggage at an office five minutes away on foot. Room cleaning during your stay costs extra.

This was one of the most vile stays I’ve had. The main room smelled sickening, there was mold and a flaky ceiling, and there were cigarettes in the bathroom. The carpets inside and outside the apartment had big chunks of food on them, like no one had vacuumed. They moved us to another apartment, but then we had to go back to the original one. Even in the “better” apartment, the rug was so filthy we rolled it up and set it aside. We’d rather deal with the sticky floor than that catastrophe.

A small welcome pack with coffee, instant oats, and a few other things was waiting when we arrived. It’s a lovely apartment in a great location, with a friendly neighborhood. They also let us leave our bags at a nearby hotel until later in the day. It felt much like staying at a hotel, just without a receptionist. We’d stay here again.

It was in a good location for a Boston stay, and the bed was good quality, but the room was filthy. There were yellow stains on the bathroom walls, the hairdryer was full of hair, and we had no mat to dry our feet. Half the stovetop burners didn’t work, and the neighbors were noisy.
