Mandarin Oriental, Boston

The spa was one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I’ve had. It was peaceful and calm, just what I needed after a long day of meetings. I travel often for work, and getting a full night’s sleep is rare, but the beds here were so comfortable that I slept right through. The location made getting to work and enjoying my downtime easy. Staff were warm, polished, and attentive without hovering. Comfort, service, and atmosphere all came together so well that I’d happily return.

For my wife’s milestone birthday, I booked a staycation at the Mandarin Oriental. A helpful email before we arrived answered my questions about what they could do to celebrate, and there was a lovely dessert and a hotel card waiting in our beautiful, quiet room. The staff were so friendly and we never wanted for anything. The turndown service was great, and they even cleaned the bath product residue out of the tub so my wife could take another bath before we left in the morning. She spent one of our days soaking in it and relaxing, just as I’d hoped. They helped make her birthday a success, and I’m very grateful. We’re local, but would stay again if we wanted or needed to. I’d highly recommend it.

The service made this stay feel like a true five-star experience. The staff took care of every request promptly and professionally, and I felt warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived. My room was spotless and beautifully designed. Mandarin Oriental, Boston has luxury and comfort in the heart of the city, and I’d recommend it. Looking forward to coming back!

The spa is beautiful and so relaxing, and the staff are all top notch with superb customer service. I come down from NH every year for my Annual Dream Catcher Message and a spa day, and it’s always amazing. The Mandarin is the best place to stay. If I could give it 100++++ stars, I would.
