I’ve been here over 3 months, and the customer service is still rude and nasty. If you don’t answer the door for housekeeping, they think it’s fine to burst into your room, even though you’ve paid with your hard-earned money. When I called to complain, I got attitude as if I were the one in the wrong. There’s no respect or regard for guests. Spend your money somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

I tried calling for about a hour to make a reservation, but no one picked up, or I don’t know what was going on. I’ll go to another motel, that’s fine. If they don’t want my money, someone else will.

Ask to see the room before paying. Customer service here is lacking, and they only give you 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. If you need more after housekeeping leaves, you’re out of luck. The manager’s policy is not to issue extras. I also had to wash my baby in the sink because there was a ring in the tub. We called and were quoted $65 for a non-smoking room with a king bed, or $85 for 2 queens. We were 2 adults and a 1 year old, and asked for a non-smoking room on a lower level, away from too many guests in case the baby fussed. They said that room would be $70 instead of $65, and we agreed. But room 105 smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and weed from people a couple doors down was getting into it. We told the front desk and asked to move. Room 202 was a bit better and doable. That night, we asked about getting the room difference back. The manager later called and said as a matter of fact that we wouldn’t be reimbursed because we’d asked to leave the first room. I explained why, and he said, “105 was a smoking room and what did we expect.” We hadn’t asked for a smoking room. He said he knew how this worked and hung up. I stared at the phone receiver wondering if he’d really just hung up. He called back to voice his mind some more, I guess, and I answered WHAT and hung up on him. Then he called again and spoke with my husband, who was more diplomatic than I was by that point. I could only make out my husband saying, “she did not yell at you nor am I so why are you yelling.” My husband told him to keep the $5. At 10:42, while we were getting ready to check out at 11am, someone knocked and yelled, “do you know check out is at 11am.” This was our last and only time at this place.
