Copley Square Hotel, a FOUND Hotel

The staff were the best part, all friendly and professional. We had a couple of problems during the stay, but the front desk team and manager did everything they could to fix them. We left pleased, and I’d return. My corner room on the third floor had two windows and was very quiet. It was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect, with a Logan Express bus close by, two T stops just minutes away, and the Prudential Center across the street. There’s a room with free coffee around the clock, plus vending machines, and housekeeping left bottled water in the rooms each day. I recommend staying here.

I stayed here before the blizzard so I could get to work at the hospital. The team was great, and I appreciate how they kept things going through the storm. From what I overheard, they were dealing with some difficult patrons and handled it all professionally. The room was clean and the bedding very comfortable. Thank you!

The people made this stay memorable. Ben, the manager, was professional, attentive, and clearly cared about every detail. He sets a strong example, and that shows across the property. Assistant managers Claudia and Joanna were warm and welcoming, quick to respond, and handled every request with grace and a smile. Maria, the housekeeping manager, also deserves recognition. The rooms and common areas were spotless and well maintained, and it’s clear she takes real pride in her work. The team went above and beyond throughout our stay. Service like this is rare, and it’s why I’ll be back and recommend the hotel to everyone I know. Thank you to Ben, Claudia, Joanna, and Maria for making it such a great experience.

The ballroom where our event was held was absolutely beautiful, and the location is excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, though a little dated, and the rooms are quite spacious for a city. Our group had several rooms, and some were very cold while others were very warm. The front desk and general staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was a good experience overall.
