Holiday Inn Express Nicholasville by IHG

I spent 27 days here while attending locksmith school, and even though I was away from home, the staff and the courteous customers made it a wonderful stay. Christie, the manager, showed real care and professionalism. Bailey at the front desk was friendly and helpful and made check-in easy. Shana, on the weekend breakfast kitchen staff, served fresh, well-prepared food with a cheerful attitude. During the week Shirley was just as good, kind and hardworking, and kept everything clean, organized, and delicious. The whole team made the place comfortable and enjoyable. Five stars plus, and I highly recommend it.

We were right by restaurants and Walmart, which made things really convenient. The front desk ladies were kind to us and our toddler, who got to choose a toy from their treasure chest. They also brought an actual crib to our room, which was wonderful after a different hotel's "crib" turned out to be a pack and play. Breakfast was perfect, hot and ready in the morning, and the pool was just the right temperature for our little ones to play. Our kids had the best time. There were board games in the common area to check out and play downstairs. We didn't get a chance to use them, but I like that they're there for family fun. We were visiting friends nearby and will definitely stay here again.

Kristin, the sales manager, really cheered me up after I drove for many hours straight after work. The staff were awesome. My room was nice and clean, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good, with gravy and biscuits too. I could walk to the school I was attending and to several stores and restaurants. I'll definitely stay again.

We booked two rooms at the last minute because of a death in the family. Bailey at the front desk took excellent care of everyone in our party. The hotel was clean and recently renovated, and our interactions with the staff were pleasant.
