We spent a week here over Christmas and would stay again. The staff were great and very friendly, and the location is handy for Newbury Street, malls, plenty of restaurants, and the T line. Breakfast at the “restaurant” had a limited selection and cost too much for what you got. There are other options nearby, though, so it wasn’t a problem.

The staff at The Courtyard Boston Copley Square were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were very clean and nicely equipped. We slept really well in the comfortable beds. The location was excellent, with lots of shops and restaurants an easy walk away. If you don’t mind a longer stroll, Boston Common, the Public Gardens, and Beacon Hill are also within walking distance. I strongly recommend this hotel.

A standard Marriott in a very central location. It’s very expensive and breakfast isn’t free. The paid breakfast is limited too, with options that aren’t especially appealing. Rooms are on the small side, but they’re clean and the bed is comfortable.

It’s a small building, but the location is prime and the customer service incredible. There’s one elevator, and it moves along pretty quickly. The best part of the room was meeting Exeter, then going on an adventure around Boston and taking photos. Of course, I made him a Red Sox fan!

A great spot for work or a vacation, close to Newbury Street. The accommodations were comfortable, and the housekeepers and front desk staff were lovely, especially Don and Estevon.
