Devonshire Residences

I’ve been living at the Devonshire for over a year, and it’s my favorite of the five Boston buildings I’ve lived in. The people are what make the place so great. Joe at the front desk is remarkable, by far the best service I’ve ever experienced. He always goes above and beyond and makes you happy to be there. Grace and Beyoncé are incredibly friendly and helpful, and make you happy to live here. Marvin is the king of package delivery. My packages seem to appear as soon as I go to get them, and I don’t know how he handles so many every day. I really appreciate that he remembers me. Sheila in the leasing office was incredible and helped me a lot when I was deciding on the apartment. The building feels warm and has a strong sense of community. I’ve lived in high-end places that felt cold, but here they make a real effort to put on events, connect people, and make sure everyone is taken care of. If you’re choosing among Boston’s other high-end buildings, I’d pick the Devonshire 100% over places that might seem to work “better.” I honestly don’t think they do.

Joe and Edgar made my year at Devonshire a really happy one. They always greeted me and my roommate with a smile and helped the place feel like home. I lived in the apartment for a year, and the amenities were great. Fixes could be slow, but the rest of the staff more than made up for the inconvenience.

Sheila, the leasing agent, was fantastic, professional, and quick to respond. We also really appreciated Joe Fox at the front desk. He was friendly, made us feel safe and at home, and often went out of his way to help tenants and visitors with kindness. The team had a positive attitude and represented Devonshire well. We leased there for the past year and were grateful for the excellent, professional staff. With appreciation, Kevin and Liz

joe’s always joking around and has such a good energy. he’s helpful, keeps a smile on his face, and makes everyone feel welcome. that stuff really does make this place feel like home. this is my first time living in an apartment complex, and honestly i feel comfortable here, like i belong. everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. very happy living here!
