The location was great, and the place looked clean, fresh, and updated when we arrived. The staff were helpful, the room itself was clean, and there were plenty of towels for our family. Breakfast was average, though. The beds were the real problem. They were hard and uncomfortable, nothing like what I expect from IHG. The mattress sagged toward one side, so I felt like I was at the edge all night, and the other side had a hump that made it hard to roll over. The room also felt worn, with paint that needed refreshing and carpet that seemed dirty. I mentioned the bed at checkout. I wouldn't recommend staying here when I couldn't get proper rest and left with a sore back.

A really good place to stay overall. I couldn't hear noise from outside or from the neighboring rooms. The only thing I noticed was a lot of dust and dirt on the curtain by the heater and air conditioner, as if it hadn't been cleaned. Aside from that, it was great.

My husband and I were here for just one night. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though I wish there had been a dairy-free milk option. The room was nice, with a mini fridge and freezer, and the hotel was super clean. The woman at the front desk was really polite.

We didn't get in until a little after midnight, with a long day waiting for us the next morning. The overnight attendant offered us a room near the elevator for convenience, but also suggested one farther away if we'd rather have more quiet. As we headed out at sunrise, the view was amazing.

The beds were so comfortable, and each of us had one soft pillow and one firm one. My husband was also impressed by the hot water and the water pressure. The dining area was spotless, and the food was the best we've had at a hotel. Lynda seemed to be doing everything, and she was fantastic. I wanted to leave her a tip but couldn't find her name, so we left cash. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner might need some freon or something, but the room wasn't hot. We had a great stay.
